  Did not have a good experience here today. Since when has the parts department become a posh waiting room. I literally had to make an appointment to see some one for the bits i needed, then was told to sit and wait for someone to come and see me. I needed some screws and bolts for certain parts of my 1993 Toyota Supra. The parts were an optional extra when the car was new. I sourced the parts recently and just want the correct fixings. I explained the situation and was asked for my reg number. I was asked to wait and the lady brought out a printed A4 piece of paper with a parts diagram of the side of my car and asked which bits i need. I told her it's not listed as it was a part that was optional extra or standard on the later models. She said she couldn't​ help because i need the reg number of the car it is on! I asked can she do a search on her computer and she said she can't without a reg. Very very unhelpful!! The last time i needed a part you went to a parts desk. The guy could search on his system which was in full view. You could go through the search with them and help point out the correct part you needed. Not any more!!

  Saw me and dealt with my problem, with no warning, within 90 minutes. Drove away happy. Very friendly and polite staff. Premises feels comfy and is clean and tidy.
