  Reserved an item using the easy to use Currys PC World website in the morning and went into the store to collect in the afternoon. The store was quiet (expected on a Monday afternoon) and there was no waiting or queue at the pay desk. Staff were friendly and got the item that I reserved straight away (definitely *not* a poor customer service). Took a short amount of time and that was it. As for the store, it is pretty big with a large floorspace, typical for a store at a retail park to be fair. Only went into collect so didn't look round but they seem to stock tons of different household items. Worth a visit for any tech.

  Hello...........Ordered TV online promised delivery on Saturday 9th (ALL DAY) - received text message at 08.37am on Saturday 9th to say no delivery today because they had not received delivery from warehouse - received another text at 11.47am on Saturday 9th to say delivery was on track for a 07.55 to 11.55am delivery???????????............My family had cancelled a Christmas shopping day to be in for this delivery - guess what no delivery..............I rang 3 times at different times of the day to find out what was happening guess what no one answered (17 mins, 33mins and 15mins) not funny.............I have not been given another delivery date...........I have spent thousands over the years with this company.............Never again
